Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. The OTA will work under supervision to help residents regain and maintain function, educate patients, and support discharge planning.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree, an active OTA license, and basic computer skills to navigate electronic health records and other software. Various shifts are available, including FT/PT/PRN.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Must hold a current and valid license from the state of employment.
• Current OTA license from the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Educate patients to maintain function and perform independent exercises.
