Job summary

Saber-Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help restore independence for residents in our skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. You will assess and guide patients to regain function under supervision of the OT and DOR, and educate patients for post-discharge maintenance.

The role offers full-time hours, negotiable wage, and opportunities for education and growth within a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must possess current OTA license valid in the state of employment.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate software programs including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Instruct patients for maintenance after discharge through education and independent exercise.
• Work under supervision of OT and DOR to achieve therapy goals.
