Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid license (state of employment).
• Current OTA license from the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function within SNF.
• Educate patients for independent exercises post-discharge.
• Follow supervision of OT and DOR.
