Job summary

Saber Health Group in Marshville, NC is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. In this role you will work under OT supervision to help patients regain independence and maintain function through personalized exercise programs.

You'll educate patients on home programs, coordinate with the therapy team, and participate in ongoing learning through CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OTA license valid in the state.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Experience in SNF settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in SNF settings.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and activity modification.
• Collaborate with OT and DOR to meet patient goals.
