Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a construction-focused role for projects associated with Oklahoma State University. You will collaborate with PMs and engineers to plan scopes, schedules, and budgets, while conducting on-site inspections and ensuring safety compliance.

We expect 2-5 years of construction experience, proficiency with MS Office and PM software, and the ability to travel to OSU sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure development, or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to various project sites, potentially including those within the Oklahoma State University campus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects, particularly those related to Oklahoma State University facilities or infrastructure.
• Assist in the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
• Conduct on-site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, daily logs, change orders, and other relevant records.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and university personnel to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently as required by the project.
• Adhere to all Primoris Services Corporation safety protocols and environmental regulations.
