Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure development, or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects related to Oklahoma State University facilities or infrastructure.
• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against benchmarks.
• Conduct on-site inspections, quality control, and safety audits to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, daily logs, change orders, and records.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and costs.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and university personnel to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely as required by the project.
• Adhere to Primoris Services Corporation safety protocols and environmental regulations.
