Qualifications

• Associate Degree + 2 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or closely related field or Minimum 4 years work experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of experience; or a master’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction progress and ensures compliance with specifications, timeliness, and budget.
• Reviews contract plans and specifications for compliance with standards.
• Conducts pre-construction conferences and reviews bidding documents.
• Manages assigned construction projects and coordinates with codes and requirements.
• Maintains accurate progress schedules and ensures contractor completion on schedule.
