Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality control. You will read blueprints, manage field staff, coordinate with engineers and clients, and maintain thorough site documentation while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience, a strong knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience (commercial/residential/industrial as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to the lead technicians.
• Other duties as assigned
