Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for Ostomy Care in Montgomery, AL. You will drive sales growth by targeting acute care customers, conducting in-service presentations, and building strong relationships with decision makers.

The role requires 3+ years med tech sales or related experience, travel up to 50% overnight, and a valid driver's license. Cruz credentials for access to healthcare facilities may be required, in line with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years med tech sales experience.
• 2-year associate degree with 5+ years med tech sales experience.
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight -- 25% - 50%
• Employees must possess a valid driver's license for travel
• Coloplast employees must comply with ethical standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a clear plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives using key sales data.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships that grow product use across accounts.
• Organize and manage information using a CRM tool; maintain sales records and expenses.
