You will build relationships with distributors, hospitals, and clinicians, provide in-field training, and develop territory-specific business plans while advancing your clinical product knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 2–5 years of related experience.
Experience selling in healthcare or with distributors/retailers is preferred.
Experience in continence, ostomy, or wound care fields is desirable.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory.
Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key partners.
Maintain and foster relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Deliver ongoing education and clinical support to customers and healthcare professionals.
Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Travel frequently within the assigned territory (30–50%).
