Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a Supervisor, OSP to oversee the day-to-day outsourced operations, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of products.

The role requires experience in Operations or Supply Chain within manufacturing or warehouse settings and involves collaboration with planning, production, quality, engineering, and receiving teams. You will lead a small team, hire and train staff, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure OSHA/EPA

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in Operations or Supply Chain in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor KPIs related to vendor performance and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with the Manager, Domestic Logistics to manage flow of goods with OSP vendors.
• Lead and train a team; provide coaching and career development guidance.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Identify and act on cost-saving opportunities with vendor management.
