Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, and extensive outside plant (OSP) experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor a team.
• Experience with fiber optic network documentation tools and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering team and oversee vendors.
• Manage staffing, schedules, safety, and quality of OSP work.
• Ensure engineering work orders meet standards, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with permitting authorities and stakeholders for project delivery.
