Job summary

Pearce is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support design, permitting, and construction readiness for outside plant telecommunications networks in the Denver region. The role requires handling aerial, underground, and fiber/copper infrastructure and coordinating with managers, permitting teams, utilities, and clients.

Strong OSP knowledge, field survey experience, and the ability to maintain accurate project data are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing OSP engineering within the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of aerial, underground, buried, conduit, fiber, and/or copper OSP infrastructure.
• Experience developing or reviewing OSP designs, construction work prints, work orders, routing plans, splicing information, and related engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of OSP engineering for telecom infrastructure.
• Develop and update OSP designs, construction work prints, routing plans, splicing info, BOMs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to track schedules and deliverables.
• Review field conditions and ensure designs meet standards and requirements.
