Job summary

Lumos is seeking a full-time OSP Project Coordinator to support multiple fiber construction projects. You will manage lifecycle tracking, budgets, and reporting, while coordinating with internal teams and contractor partners to keep schedules on track.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Excel and Smartsheets are essential as you help us grow our 100% fiber network and deliver on-time results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Project Coordinator experience; preferably in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Smartsheets.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements to goal.
• Maintain project schedule and production tracker.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractor partners for reports.
• Gather data for progress reporting and update Smart Sheets daily.
• Provide daily status updates to leadership and SVP.
