Job summary

Lumos designs and builds a fast-growing 100% fiber optic network across the United States. The Manager - OSP Construction leads outside plant deployment, directly guiding subcontractor crews and coordinating with Lumos teams to finish builds on schedule and within budget.

You will influence local officials and communities, manage CAPEX/OPEX, and drive process improvements to scale Lumos’ fiber footprint while ensuring safe, quality execution and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in OSP construction, engineering, or fiber builds.
• 2-5 years' experience leading techs and contractors in fiber builds.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute OSP network builds safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrades of OSP facilities and community relations.
• Lead and empower contractor crews; track progress and report results.
• Interface with local governments and communities; manage stakeholder communications.
• Provide technical leadership and standardize processes across teams.
