Ziply Fiber in Yakima, WA is seeking a Project Manager for OSP Construction & Engineering to supervise high‑quality, on‑time telecommunications projects. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to align schedules, budgets, and compliance while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong PM experience in telecom, familiarity with OSP architectures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five (5) years of Telecommunication experience or equivalent project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience meeting project commitment deadlines.
• Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures consisting of underground, direct buried, aerial, and building applications.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Understand LEAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day management of projects using project management tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and deadlines.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project delivery.
• Provide status across all ongoing projects and maintain comprehensive documentation with regular reports to leadership.
• Coordinate and host regular meetings to ensure alignment and information sharing.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet timelines and goals.
• Perform risk assessments and resolve issues to minimize impacts on schedule and quality.
• Drive Lean-focused process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties as required.
