Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Project Manager for OSP Construction & Engineering to lead multi-site telecom construction projects remotely. You will manage scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in telecommunications or project management, knowledge of OSP architectures, and Lean process understanding. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe is valued; periodic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of telecommunications or project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Understand LEAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day projects using project management tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Create long- and short-term plans, including milestones and deadlines.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project delivery.
• Provide status updates across ongoing projects and regular leadership reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet timelines and goals.
• Perform risk assessment and resolve issues to minimize schedule impacts.
• Drive Lean improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
