• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop training programs and policies to address risk.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy.
• Handle employment litigation including discrimination.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations and crisis management.
