Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an OSHA Associate to advise clients on workplace safety compliance and related labor matters. The successful candidate will guide clients on OSHA regulations and manage other labor and employment matters as needed.

The role involves handling litigation related to workplace safety, negotiating and mediations, and coordinating with outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues. A J.D. and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health issues.
