BCG Attorney Search in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an OSHA Associate Attorney to advise clients on workplace safety compliance and labor matters. The attorney will support environmental and EH&S initiatives, coordinate with outside counsel, and interact with regulatory agencies to influence policy development.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 3+ years of employment litigation experience with OSHA exposure, and admission to the state bar.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide clients on environmental and workplace safety compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S matters.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
