The ideal candidate holds a JD with strong academic credentials, 3+ years of employment litigation experience, and admission to the state bar. Prior exposure to class actions or public sector work is a plus, with opportunities for growth and client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice in the State Bar of the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on workplace safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health issues.
