Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Denver, CO is seeking an OSHA Associate Attorney to guide clients on workplace safety and health compliance under OSHA regulations. The role also involves handling labor and employment matters as needed.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school with strong academics and at least three years of employment litigation experience, including OSHA exposure. Admittance to the State Bar is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience, OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide clients on workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination under OSHA regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health matters.
