Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in St. Louis, MO seeks an OSHA Associate Attorney to guide clients on workplace safety compliance, focusing on OSHA regulations, and to support broader labor and employment matters as needed.

You will collaborate with partners, manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues, develop relationships with regulatory agencies, participate in negotiations and mediations, and provide crisis management for workplace safety. Applicants must have a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar (Missouri).

Responsibilities

• Advise partners on OSHA compliance and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations; provide crisis management.
