Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an OSHA Associate Attorney in Boston, MA to guide clients on workplace safety and health compliance with OSHA regulations and manage labor and employment matters as needed.

The role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and 3+ years of employment litigation experience, with OSHA experience required. Admittance to the State Bar is necessary; Class action or public sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Admitted to State Bar of the Associate's primary office.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide business partners on OSHA-related compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health issues.
