Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with drivers and customers.
• Experience in dock or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Fielding calls from drivers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Contacting customers and terminals to resolve OS&D issues.
• Inspecting and tagging OS&D freight on the dock.
• Scanning and filing OS&D related bills.
• Providing backup to appointments and bring backs.
