Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking an OS&D Clerk to join our team. This role focuses on quality control inspections of freight shipments and fielding calls about delivery discrepancies while contacting customers to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Previous dock/warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fielding calls from drivers regarding delivery discrepancies.
• Contacting customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems.
• Assisting in projects as needed by terminal management.
• Scanning and typing OS&D related bills; assisting in inspecting and tagging OS&D freight on the dock.
• Providing backup to appointments and bring backs.
