Qualifications

• Proven fabrication and repair skills for orthotics and prosthetics.
• Hands-on ability with lab tools and equipment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork required.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices following quality standards.
• Lead or train Associate Fabricators periodically.
• Assist with ordering and receiving and inventory tasks as needed.
• Work on multiple device types within a prosthetics/orthotics stream.
• Maintain 5S and a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA training and policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient-centered care.
