Job summary

Hanger, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Associate Fabricator to fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices, focusing on fit, function and cosmetics. The role includes on-the-job training as well as formal O&P training and requires maintaining tools, materials and following work instructions per device.

Training will cover LMS and company procedures. You will work under supervision, contributing to a safe and efficient lab environment while developing hands-on skills in O&P fabrication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices, according to Company quality and quantity standards.
• May assist or perform in ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.
• Maintain 5s to ensure a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory training issued by Hanger.
