Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in providing patient care.

Under supervision, you will assist with room setup, preparing patients, making and modifying orthotic molds, and performing technical fabrication tasks. You will maintain accurate records, assist with fittings, and coordinate with vendors for materials while ensuring all procedures align with the supervising clinician.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or patient-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of biomechanical principles is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Valid driver’s license is required or eligible for one.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified practitioners in patient care under supervision.
• Prepare treatment room and patient for procedures, fabricate molds and perform basic fabrication tasks.
• Complete and maintain documentation of patient care.
• Assist with alterations to fittings and provide patient follow-up as directed.
• Contact vendors to order materials and manage inventory.
• Ensure all patient procedures comply with supervising clinician guidance.
