Cape Cod Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, PC is seeking a full-time administrative support professional to assist providers by managing referrals, answering calls, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor referral inbox and process new referrals.
• Verify patient existence and create new charts as needed.
• Verify and update demographic and insurance information.
• Scan referrals into patient records and assign to scheduler.
• Answer general calls and triage to the correct staff.
• Support staff with general administrative tasks.
