Responsabilités

• Coordinate multiple providers' surgery schedules and ensure proper flow.
• Prepare surgery packets for physicians for facilities.
• Communicate patient information accurately to care teams.
• Post surgical case information to calendars and distribute as needed.
• Coordinate pre-/post-operative care and schedule related appointments.
• Ensure necessary equipment and resources are available for surgery.
• Manage assigned block time and handle cancellations as needed.
• Update calendars and assist with tests or outside physicians as applicable.
