• Verifies insurance eligibility and referrals/authorizations.
• Calculates and collects patient liability; explains payment options.
• Posts payments/charges and balances cash drawer daily.
• Schedules visits and ensures patient readiness for appointments.
• Delivers compassionate customer service via calls, emails and in person.
• Handles requests for medical records per policy and laws.
