Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Full-Line Sales Representative for Buffalo, NY to join our Orthopaedics team. You will work with hospital accounts, assist in operative scheduling, secure inventory, observe procedures, and advise surgeons on instrumentation and implants.

The role requires building relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and staff, developing territory plans to generate revenue and meet quotas, and traveling 2-4 overnights per month with some national travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.
• Travel within territory; 2-4 overnights per month; occasional national travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing instrumentation.
• Observe surgeries and advise surgeons on Smith+Nephew implants.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve revenue and meet quotas.
• Build relationships with surgeons, staff and KOLs to improve access and outcomes.
