Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Macon, GA territory in MedTech Sales. In this role you will work with DePuy Synthes products to assist surgeons in the operating room, help maintain inventory, and drive growth across existing customers.

You will travel as needed, have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and contribute to delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare systems while upholding J&J Credo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum 2 years related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• Active Military Duty experience is considered relevant.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales org in retaining and expanding existing customer penetration.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper use.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability and optimize trays; provide OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams; prepare reports.
