Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to cover the Montgomery, AL territory. You will support DePuy Synthes sales, assist surgeons in the OR, and promote product knowledge within the orthopaedics portfolio.

The position requires a degree, relevant experience, and willingness to travel. You will build relationships with hospitals and surgeons while delivering clinical and economic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Two years of professional experience in sales or healthcare; four years with certification.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and business acumen skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and penetrating existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and reports.
• Maintain deployments of equipment and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.
