Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining and expanding existing customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room using product knowledge.
• Provide OR support and ensure proper equipment availability and setup.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with cross-functional teams.
