Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Macon, GA territory. The role involves in-hospital product support, OR collaboration with surgeons, and ensuring optimal equipment availability to drive sales within DePuy Synthes portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals, maintain strong account relationships, and travel as required to support procedures and customers in hospitals and clinics across Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an associate degree/medical certification with related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver’s license.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory (Georgia).

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers and new conversions.
• Guide surgeons in operating rooms with product knowledge and proper utilization.
• Support surgeries by ensuring equipment availability and optimizing trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share customer and market insights with cross-functional teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality standards.
