Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Bettendorf Orthopedics Care Clinic is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in an outpatient setting. You will coordinate care with physicians and staff, educate patients and families, and support care plans from assessment through evaluation.

The role is full-time, days, with no weekend or holiday obligations, and requires Iowa RN licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Provides patient care using nursing processes (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Maintains documentation accuracy in EMR and communicates care plans across teams.
• Requires RN licensure and BLS; training for mandated reporting within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in outpatient settings using nursing processes.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe care.
