MercyOne Genesis Crow Valley Orthopedics Care in the Quad Cities seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to support orthopedic care teams. You will provide patient assessments, administer medications, assist providers, and document care in the EMR to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role is full-time, day shift, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Iowa RN licensure, BLS, and teamwork in a fast-paced orthopedic setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa; compact licensure may apply.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Plans, assesses, intervenes, and provides direct patient care using nursing processes.
• Administers medications and treatments safely and documents accordingly.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with physicians and staff.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and supports quality improvement efforts.
