Intellijoint Surgical is seeking a Territory Manager for Charlotte, NC. You will manage key accounts, train surgeons and OR staff, and drive new business generation while collaborating with distributors and product teams.

This role requires building deep relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and partners. The position offers a strong compensation package with base salary, commission, and bonuses, plus substantial benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of documented sales success in the medical device, medical technology, or orthopedics sector.
• Or 8+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets within a technical field.
• A solid understanding of anatomy is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and expand key accounts: build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers.
• Train surgeons and OR staff: deliver training to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff, ensuring safe and effective use of our tech.
• Lead & launch new business generation: lead complex sales activities, generate leads, demos, contracts, onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Distribution partners support: build relationships with distribution partners and conduct quarterly strategy reviews.
• Stay accountable: report new business pipeline projections and utilization via CRM tools.
• Drive product improvements: collaborate with Product Specialist team to relay customer feedback and opportunities.
• Handle inventory & logistics: ensure equipment/assets are where they need to be and assist with setups.
