Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to lead the Neurosurgery sales within a defined U.S. territory. The role emphasizes extensive OR engagement and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue objectives.

You will cultivate key relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, execute strategic plans, and drive growth across the territory while upholding corporate policies and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or combination of education/experience.
• Minimum two years’ B2B sales experience; surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills; ability to communicate with physicians and surgical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with accounts not previously sold to.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by regional/corporate leadership.
• Develop annual business plan and provide monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Collaborate with peers to support case coverage and inventory requests.
