Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine seeks a dedicated orthopedic surgeon (1099) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries. You will work in a team with physical therapists, chiropractors, and other clinicians under the referral of an occupational medicine physician, collaborating with employers for case management.

The role emphasizes rapid recovery, with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong support staff to ensure high-quality care and timely patient return to work.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted California medical license and active DEA registration.
• Board certification or eligibility and malpractice insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat/work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including therapies and surgical options.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Treat fractures and conditions with injections and other interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; educate patients on rehabilitation.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR.
