Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine seeks a 1099 physiatrist to diagnose and provide specialized care for pain management and rehabilitation of workplace injuries. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, chiropractors, and other clinicians under the supervision of the occupational medicine physician.

You will engage employers in active case management to support rapid recovery and return-to-work goals.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with unrestricted California license
• Board certification or eligibility in occupational medicine, PM&R, or related field preferred
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification required
• Experience in outpatient/work-injury settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal and work-related conditions including pain management and rehab
• Develop individualized treatment plans with non-surgical interventions
• Collaborate with therapists, chiropractors, and employers for integrated care
• Document thoroughly in EMR and monitor patient progress
