Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a 1099 orthopedic surgeon to evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and employers on case management to promote rapid, safe return to work.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, efficient scheduling, and active patient engagement, with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive group dedicated to workers' health across California.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical program with MD or DO and California license.
• Board certified or eligible; active DEA registration; BLS certified.
• Experience in occupational medicine, orthopedics, or outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop treatment plans including PT, meds, injections, and procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and employers on case management.
• Document thoroughly in EMR and monitor patient progress.
