Job summary

Stryker in White Plains, NY is seeking a Sales Support Representative to back orthopedic sales across the territory. You'll provide independent technical support for manual and robotic products, manage account operations, support case prep and inventory, and contribute to sales enablement with upselling opportunities in the operating room.

Role requires Mako Robot certification or equivalent experience, plus a track record in Joint Replacement sales or clinical work.

Qualifications

• Mako Robot certification or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Joint Replacement sales or clinical setting preferred.
• Willingness to be on-call including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, timely technical support for manual and robotic products.
• Support sales development and customer relationship initiatives.
• Manage daily schedules across assigned accounts and ensure efficient workflows.
• Maintain training and certifications on manual and robotic platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Managers to pursue opportunities.
• Manage inventory, instrumentation, and case preparation for product application.
• Learn upselling and account management techniques used inside the OR.
• Support customer education and product familiarity as territory needs.
• Perform on-call duties to address urgent technical needs.
