Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries in a field-based role across the United States. You will work with both robotic Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, covering pre-op planning, case prep, system setup, and real-time workflows in the OR.

You will train with advanced planning software, shadow seasoned staff, and contribute to product demonstrations, labs, and education programs while maintaining strong surgeon relationships and ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years with an Associate degree or 6+ years with a high school diploma.
• Must be able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-surgery assistance and pre-operative planning.
• Assist surgeons with CT-based planning and implant sizing.
• Prepare OR, check instrumentation, and ensure OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the OR.
• Support daily account coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
• Participate in trainings, demonstrations, and customer education.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
