Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries, including robotic Mako and manual procedures. You will gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and real-time intra-operative workflows, while building strong relationships with surgeons and OR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of professional/related experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of professional/related experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Previous clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical tech, athletic training, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
