Job summary

Stryker in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Clinical Specialist to help improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will build clinical and technical expertise across robotic Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in the OR with planning, setup, and real-time workflows.

Role requires adaptability, problem-solving, and on-call availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will shadow experts, participate in product demonstrations and trainings, and develop strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years related experience with an Associate degree; or 6 years with a high school diploma).
Experience supporting surgeons in OR settings is preferred.
Familiarity with robotic and manual orthopedic procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support surgeons in the operating room with pre-operative planning and case preparation.
Assist with system setup, implant sizing, placement, and verification using advanced software.
Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure continuous support.
Drive workflow, inventory management, and logistics for daily account operations.
Demonstrate procedures and educate customers through labs and training sessions.
Build trust-based relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional teams.
