Job summary

You will build strong relationships, plan educational events, support referrals, and mentor less experienced teammates while strictly following laws, SOPs and company policies. Expect extensive travel (up to 95% by car) and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong sales track record.
• Minimum of 4 years orthopedic sales, or 8+ years in medical device sales.
• Ability to travel up to 95% by car and up to 20% overnight.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to attain regional goals.
• Build relationships with key surgeons and educate referrals.
• Plan and run local educational and sales events.
• Mentor and lead less experienced team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and SOPs.
• Provide after-hours case coverage and weekend support.
• Collaborate with team to transport instruments and implants as needed.
