Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction in the Greenville, SC region. You will support the Reconstruction sales team by assisting in scheduling operative cases, securing instrument and implant inventory, observing procedures, and consulting surgical teams on Smith+Nebhew products.

You will become a technical expert through training, building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and developing a Territory Business Plan to drive revenue and achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license applicable to travel requirements of position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quotas.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs to improve access to customers.
